Get to the root of surveying. Search for, recover evidence and prove original cadastral corners of the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) in rural Highlands County.
Historically, Retracement Camp has been enjoyed and regaled in Florida by PSMs for well over 45 years and has always been a popular time of learning and collaborating in the relaxed and natural setting PSMs are drawn to. The learning atmosphere is appealing and the training like none other in our state. What PSM does not crave the historical aspect of the profession? Do you want to learn more about the GLO?
The principal instructor for this camp has supervised the retracement of 75+ miles of guide meridian and basis of parallel as established in 1824.
